After founding Pixology plc and co-founding The Digital Camera Company, I founded Passionate Innovation to help people stand back and think about their business, to think together with others, to think wider and to develop amazing creations, solutions or outcomes. At the same time I was entrepreneur-in-residence at the University of Surrey mentoring students, postgrads and researchers. Then in 2015 I mentored amazing researcher Shakardokht Jafari who invented bead array dosimeters to provide accurate in-body measurements of radiation to lessen the damage caused to many patients in radiotherapy. In 2016 I became CEO of her company, Trueinvivo Ltd, so my life now is mostly about medical devices and managing a company with incredible ideas. Visit us at
