I am the CEO and Founder of Blue Mountain Group, an international security advisory and training company I established in My career began in the Royal Marines and Special Forces, where I developed the operational experience and leadership principles that continue to shape my work in the global security sector today.For almost three decades, I have led Blue Mountain Group in building a strong international reputation for delivering high-quality security advisory and training services to organisations operating in remote, hostile, and complex environments. We support a diverse range of clients worldwide, helping them manage risk effectively and operate safely in some of the most challenging regions on the planet.I have built the organisation around core values that I believe are essential to sustainable leadership and professional excellence: humility, integrity, courage, and creativity. These principles guide our decision-making, our partnerships, and the standards we uphold across every operation.Alongside my commercial responsibilities, I am deeply committed to charitable work, particularly initiatives that support the armed forces community. I also serve as Managing Director of Hire a Hero, a charity dedicated to helping service leavers and former service personnel transition successfully into meaningful civilian careers.My leadership philosophy aligns with Blue Mountain Group’s guiding motto:“Creating a safer world.”
