At the programme level working with the PMO to create a ‘single source of the truth’, for report.On individual projects developing and implementing a project maturity model to assess key factors including alignment of scope, cost and programme; risk analysis and stakeholder identification and engagement.Defence – Governance and Ways of Working - developing improvements focusing on - commercial efficiency identification; baseline robustness - cashflow, scope and budget alignment; the change management processes authorisation protocols and reporting structure. Defence - Safety Improvement Programme – member of the concept phase team preparing a study of the scoping and cost benefit analysis of various safety processes and hence improved performance. Highways England - role including - common use of best practice; technical training (eg CEMAR), professional competencies, etc; cost assurance, the opportunities to deploy Data & Tech – and managing a team in Operations and Delivery.Greater Anglian - commercial management and carrying out audits.
