The Owners engineer (OE) Technical Lead plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing various engineering projects by coordinating with OE engineering management team, client, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating timely project delivery. This position requires strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills, as well as occasional travel to project sites. Responsibilities- Responsible for coordination and communication between OE Lead & Deputy, OE Engineering Management Team, Client, Multi-Disciplinary Design Teams (MDTs), Technical Liaisons, and Project Managers (PM)s- Provide guidance to the Technical Liaisons on Program priorities, updates and direction- Provide updates to the OE Lead & Deputy on engineering status of projects received from technical coordinators- Provide technical support to the OE Lead & Deputy, PM Lead, and Program Controls Lead- Provide technical support to OE Engineering Management Team- Provide oversight of Technical Liaisons performing below responsibilities on all projects. Provide coaching and mentoring to Technical Liaisons as needed.
