Owning key relationships both with Clients and Partners enables me to support the peoplehub Team of \"people gurus\" to transform people strategy in our Clients from design through deployment to delivery.Accountability for INSIGHT and innovation lies within my role too, looking into advances in people strategy for today, tomorrow and the future whether that be using predictive people analytics, Artificial Intelligence or the power of digital.While the futuristic blue-sky thinking keeps my head in the clouds, being part of the development and facilitation Team also helps me keep my feet on the ground with a grasp of what is happening in the real world, here and now.

I\'m lucky! I get to lead and work with an amazing group of people specialists. And as someone who loves getting under the skin of a business and understanding how it works, my personal motivation is to then help co-create with its Leadership the best ways to enable its people to succeed. This is what gets me out of bed in the morning. It\'s also what gets the other Hubbers up every day too.
