ABOUT NIGEL PARFITT

My role as Maintenance Engineer is to monitor and control the operation and maintenance of production equipment and machinery, ensuring that machines run smoothly. They may work safely and efficiently during periods of peak demand, but they also have an important role in the achievement of productivity goals. This may entail identifying problems with production equipment, implementing corrective actions, or monitoring and controlling processes for optimum efficiency. I am also required to manage personnel and budgeting on a day to day basis by tracking costs, scheduling activities, reviewing budgets and ensuring their adherence to industry standards. You will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to all staff members within the plant
