Stakeholder Engagement • Across Trinity, Cadent (client), delivery partners and other stakeholders to understand the current data management landscape and develop the future data services Work Management • Develops and owns the overarching design and delivery of the Data Management framework for the CMO service • Champions, with peer colleagues in Cadent, Trinity, and the delivery partners, the need and value of high-quality data • Coaches and influences peers across the stakeholder landscape in the business value of data quality • Creates and maintains a data management framework (e.g. Data Strategy, Policies and Procedures, Governance, Use and Tooling) to ensure the CMO manages and leverages its data securely, for business benefit. • Supports the CMO streams to identify and supply accurate data needed to operate the CMO service for both normal reporting activities, for projects/innovations, OFGEM / regulatory reporting and change activities. This includes sourcing data to support business case creation and for measuring post project implementation benefits realisation • Proactively assessing and introducing new ways to leverage data from across the enterprise for business advantage. • Establishes data-driven innovation as a core service within the CMO • Championing and actively leading CI and innovation as part of BAU within the team, liaising with the Innovation team to proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities • Setting work priorities and targets and managing overall team workload Achievements • Successfully developed and implemented data management framework, working with the client, partners and stakeholders • Increased data accuracy, across the data / stakeholder landscape, from 30% to >90% • Responsibility for successful OFGEM / regulatory reporting submission for period 20••••22 • Successful engagement across the whole stakeholder landscape raising data accuracy to the top of the agenda and subsequent “way of working”
