Current projects include ground up 4 building 200 unit luxury apartment complex, 16 story interior office-to-apartment conversion of an existing 28 story office high-rise in New Orleans, LA, and 4 story ground up rehabilitation facility for non-profit Charlotte Rescue Mission.
