A former Equity Partner of International Built Asset Consultancy EC Harris LLP (now Arcadis) and previously a Commercial and Business Services Director of International Engineering and Project Management Company AMEC (now Wood Group). Has developed WBS, OBS and CBS structures and applied rigorous controls using OTS and in-house developed systems. Has supported clients in audits, state of readiness reviews for EPC delivery and development of delivery norms including productivity, cost and material usage.
