Fircosoft Sanctions Screening Subject Matter Expert (SME). • IT Service Owner (ITSO) accountable and responsible for the Tier-0 critical US Fircosoft Sanctions Screening Services and Applications. • Closely collaborate with cross-functional business users, partner IT systems (batch and real-time payments), DevOps teams and Fircosoft vendor Professional Services Consultants. • Highly familiar and experienced with the documentation, installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrade and support of the Fircosoft Continuity V5 suite; Multiplexer, Requester, Filter, Stripping, ERF, DBClient, Workflow Accelerator, Decision Reapplication, Frontend (FMF Verify Web). • Technical lead Software Engineer for the US Fircosoft IT Evergreen project; migrating the entire existing service to a new architectural approach reducing the Production and Contingency infrastructure footprint and simultaneously drastically improving processing throughput performance. • Successfully implemented multiple Fircosoft Continuity Upgrades from; 5.3.6 to 5.3.26.3. • Successfully implemented multiple Fircosoft Filter Upgrades from; 5.0.0.3 to 5.8.12.5, and 5.8.16.1 for ISO 20022. • Highly experienced in creating IBM WebSphere MQ (WMQ). • Experienced in the documentation, design, implementation, testing and support of fully resilient infrastructure utilizing ESX hosts for highly available virtual machines using anti-affinity rules, F5 load balancing, IBM WMQ clustering, Oracle RAC nodes and NAS/SAN storage. • Regularly perform and execute Disaster Recovery exercises and Role Swap activities within region and out of region Hong Kong installation to ensure our Applications are resilient and readily available in the event of a disaster. • Develop and maintain training materials and knowledge documentation hosting regular training and knowledge transfer sessions. • Provide 24/7 leadership and support for incident production support, change and release management and regular system maintenance.
