Roles & Responsibilities\\\\n\\\\nDelivery of Regional Annual Plan-\\\\nProfit & Loss\\\\nGross Written Premium\\\\nNew Business\\\\nRenewal Retention and Rate\\\\nProfit including COR & ROCE\\\\nCommission & Financial Deal Spend\\\\nOperational Efficiencies\\\\nBudget Delivery\\\\n\\\\n- Development & Management of a Key Regional Broker Panel of 30 Brokers throughout the South\\\\nWest Region (Bristol/Gloucestershire/Somerset/Devon & Cornwall)\\\\n- Strategic Planning including analysing Trends, Patterns, Reacting and Future Proof Planning ensuring\\\\nthe continuation of Results, Growth, Development & Delivery\\\\n- Implementation of Monthly & 1/4 Broker Call Plans\\\\n- Multi Level Broker Relationships from Account Handler to Director Level\\\\n- Structuring & Delivery of Annual Broker Trading Plans\\\\n- Broker Profiling\\\\n- Highlighting future Broker Opportunities including New Sign Up\'s, Promotions & Deal Revisions\\\\n- Multi Channel Product, Implementation, Delivery & Growth via Commercial Mid Market, SME, Online,\\\\nPersonal & Speciality Lines Classes\\\\n- 360 Degree Robust New Business Pipeline & Prospecting utilising CRM Platforms\\\\n- Rollover, Portfolio and Scheme \'Farming\' & Deal Structuring/Delivery including Project Management\\\\n & Solution Building\\\\n- Linkage via Cross Geographic Internal & External Aviva Teams\\\\n- Monthly Reporting of Market Feedback to Local & National Aviva Teams including Exec\\\\n- Active Involvement ensuring Service Delivery via all Platforms including \'Hands On\' Problem Solving\\\\n- Triparted Client & Broker Meetings\\\\n- Coaching & Mentoring of Internal Sales & Underwriting Team(s)\\\\n- Project work including Future Deal Design and advancement of Aviva ABC Broker Community & \\\\nProposition\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
