Cornerstone Place - Many homelessness charities provide housing by either renting from the private sector or by buying their own properties. The Cornerstone Place proposition is a third solution, not offered elsewhere.It does not replace the existing provision, it is designed to add to it. Nor is it and either / or proposition; working with Cornerstone Place to help end homelessness in your area will add to the work the charities have already achieved and have planned.Cornerstone Place will source the properties, arrange all the funding, manage the build and professional teams, arrange long-term finance and deliver the projects to the homeless charities. Once the property is ready, the charity takes control of the building through a long lease and our aim is that they end up owning the property without needing to dip into or tie up their valuable reserves helping them to serve the people in your community over the long term.

Nigel is an accomplished and operationally driven development specialist with a proven track record, with over 30 years of developing international real estate and more recently delivering 300+ homes to local communities. Over the past 25 years Nigel has created a significant family asset portfolio, comprising of internationally based residential, commercial property and business investments, created alongside working in Board level roles in the corporate world for global enterprises and UK Plc companies. Nigel’s property portfolio and business success supported his long-term financial independence in his early 30’s and enabled his first retirement from the corporate world in his mid 40’s releasing him to fully focus on expanding his asset-based portfolio passion, finding ways of helping and supporting others and building his multi-generational legacy ambitions. As a successful entrepreneur, Nigel has co-founded and invested into several businesses over the years creating over £100M of new property assets and helping others to achieve their own success through high-performance training and mentorship for people from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience who are looking for financial independence and an ability to build a multi-generational legacy.
