I am a strategic Occupational Health & Safety leader providing governance, risk management and regulatory compliance support across complex, high-hazard environments including civil engineering, aviation, construction, life sciences, utilities, manufacturing and M&E engineering.I am currently engaged on major infrastructure programmes in Ireland, including the Sisk–Lagan Joint Venture Framework at Dublin Airport and the A5 Western Transport Corridor in Northern Ireland.My project portfolio includes:• Aviation infrastructure and airside operations• Pharmaceutical manufacturing (Amgen ADL, WuXi Dundalk)• Data centres (Intel, Amazon)• Wind energy projects• Electrical substations and HV/LV cable installation• Gas infrastructure• Fibre networks (FTTH / FTTP)I operate at both operational and board advisory level, delivering:• Safety leadership and cultural transformation• ISO-aligned management systems implementation • Contractor governance and supply chain assurance• RAMS approval and compliance auditing• Incident investigation and regulatory liaison• Prequalification and accreditation support (ISO, Safe-T-Cert, Achilles, Alcumus SafeContractor, CHAS, SSIP)In addition, I provide specialist services including:• Face Fit Testing for Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE)• PPE strategy, selection and compliance guidance• Accredited training delivery (Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Warden, First Aid, Plant & Vehicle Marshal)I am known for calm leadership under pressure, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to embed practical, workable systems that protect people whilst enabling programme delivery.If your organisation requires robust safety governance, accreditation support, or strategic risk oversight in today’s demanding regulatory environment, I welcome a conversation.
