Nigel found new clients through knocking doors, networking and referrals. The referrals came in part from offering great service and providing a favorable outcome to his clients claims. Nigel has prepared estimates for damage, negotiated and settled claims for hundreds of clients while overseeing thousands more. He began his training under the other owners of Five Star and eventually worked his way to training others. He helped the company quickly recruit and train over 40 new adjusters before becoming a manager of his own office. Due to the enormous size of the Hurricane that struck South Florida, there was a large supply of people who still needed help. Nigel began, with the help of the other two owners, to promote managers and help them to recruit to open 5 more locations. As at team we ended up recruiting, hiring and training over 80 adjusters and employed 20+ employees to help support those adjuster and give great service. Nigel became the acting General Manager of Five Star to help oversee the 12 mangers who oversaw 6 offices. Nigel was rewarded with part ownership of Five Star Claims Adjusting after 5 hard years of work and success. The vision of the company has not changed and Nigel\'s goal was to help the company sustain and grow without any Hurricanes. His duties over the last 7 years including growing, restructuring, law and rule changes and downsizing offices to adapt to our overall business model we currently have in place. We love helping people and helping them get their property back in working order. The only constant is change!
