1,500 Team Members /60 nationalities In partnership with Exec Team and Department Leaders, ensuring (1) the implementation of shipboard HR processes /procedures across all departments (2) work processes and systems are efficient and aligned with current company goals. Assisting and coaching Departmental leaders on employee relations, crew engagement, talent/ performance/ management, training and development. Two-way communication with Shoreside HR to provide the timely feedback about the programs/projects implemented, upcoming inspections/ audits / dry docks and general situation/concerns on board. Lead digitalization of HR processes on board (introduction of the new software, platforms, programs) Implementation of company’s programs and policies intended to increase engagement, create fairer and just environment for all Team Members on board as part of company Culture Essentials Managing Human Resources and Training functions to make sure Team Members have a quality work/ life condition including but not limited to supervision of accommodation, dining and recreation facilities, organizing activities and events, overlooking the activity of Learning Center Crisis Management:(1) Assisting Team Members in time of crisis due to family or any other emergency situations.(2) was providing support during pandemic to Team Members on board, arranging a repatriation of crew, implementing CDC guidelines, making strategic decisions related to the situation on board together with other Senior Leaders. Lead mid/high level investigations pertaining to crew including accidents (cooperation with authorities, legal team, and family members). As part of Shipboard Disciplinary Committee take part on decisions related to employment, disciplinary measures, promotions and compensation. Providing support to HR Services Manager with legal/ migration issues, and to T&D manager on learning related matters. Coaching and Development of HR teams.
