Designed a fixture using SolidWorks to de-powder and tune additively manufactured parts• Utilized JPL Spec IEST-STD-CC1246E to analyze injector orifices and ensure FOD would not clog by doing filter analysis• Used Python to auto-simulate various designs in SolidWorks from ANSYS Fluent to optimize fluid pathways• Performed weld development on our flight parts – making weld coupons and documentation – via hand calculations• Programmed a genetic algorithm optimizer for optimizing fluid pathways using Python and my auto-simulator
