Workday Launch and LEX Implementation Projects - Benefits Lead and Benefits Consultant:• Participate in and lead Discovery Session, Foundation Alignment Session, Customer Confirmation Session, Knowledge Transfer Session, and maintain regular client communication throughout the project lifecycle.• Complete the tenant build according to the client’s requirements and conduct thorough testing.• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (HCM, Data Conversion, Integrations, Payroll, Engagement Manager) to escalate issues and ensure alignment.AMS - Workday HCM and Benefits Consultant:• Provide ongoing support to multiple clients by managing HCM and Benefits-related tickets, including specialized assistance during the Open Enrollment period.• Deliver end-to-end case resolution: conduct issue analysis and root cause diagnosis, research and implement solutions, perform testing, document configurations to share with the clients, and ensure successful ticket closure.
