I have spent most of my career in workforce mobility; leading operational teams that include supply chain, real estate, and service delivery. My most recent role was as Chief of Staff to the COO, helping to align our organizational vision with PMO deliverables and modernizing our customer experience through digital transformation and process optimization. I am proud of the truly talented teams I have grown and mentored. Highlights that exemplify the results I have delivered in operational efficiencies and process optimization include: Operationalizing an RPA Center of Excellence, working in collaboration with UiPath on technical implementation and gaining buy-in from our business partners to build out a digital transformation infrastructure. Launching and scaling a PMO, which grew to 70+ projects and 15 resources, and significant cost efficiencies in < 1 year. Right-sized operations to create scale and competitive advantage. Led the charge to consolidate global footprint, closing multiple offices in the US and migrating customer service/administrative functions to service centers in Ottawa and Bangalore in a follow the sun model that delivers better service at a lower cost. Reduced costs by $2M+ annually. I am a perpetual learner keenly interested in experiencing other cultures. I have traveled to over 35 countries and lived/worked in five.
