Responsibility for the strategic development and efficient use of our CRM systems (VB.Net & ADITO CRM) and marketing automation systems, in particular Dymatrix DynaCampaign, SAP Emarsys & MARMIND. Collaborating closely with the various departments, I continuously shape the technical processes and work closely with the teams to evaluate new requirements and maximize business value.This includes technical analysis and identifying dependencies with other systems to ensure that all developments are seamlessly integrated. As part of my role, I manage external partners and take responsibility for the efficient implementation of requirements in an agile project environment, ensuring the relevant budget is met. Leading the entire development process, from analysis and development to testing, acceptance and go-live, I ensure that all measures are implemented smoothly. Through data-driven evaluations, a continuous further development of the systems and processes is ensured in order to meet the constantly changing requirements.
