About Nidhra Elaai
My career started at the age of 20 as a Freestyle Dance instructor and later taking on short-term dance choreography projects that led me to volunteering at a school, providing Counselling services (2017-18). I worked as an Assistant Professor of Psychology (KSET) at Acharya Institutes (20••••19). School Psychologist at Artha Institute for children with special needs (20••••20). For the last two years I have been freelancing as a Counselling Psychologist, artist and dancer. In 2021, I worked in various Police stations in Bangalore as a Women\'s counsellor, the training received and learnings during this period crucial in my shaping my career and personal life. I have been trained in Expressive and Creative arts in Therapy from SMArT Studio. I am currently working as a consultant at heyy and AtEase. My passion is in Sexual Health Education, Creative Arts and Narrative healing practices in therapeutic settings.\"In the here and now, the only thing in my life is your life\" quoting Mitsuo Aida (from the book on \'Ikigai\') has been my Mantra in life since 2019.
