I am a Transformation Delivery and PMO leader with 18+ years of experience in program management, governance, pre-sales, strategy and incubating new teams and capabilities.At EY GDS, I lead the Transformation Delivery team for Financial Services, managing an 80-member global team across program and project management, PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and Agile delivery. My role spans practice leadership, people development, capability incubation, and large-scale transformation delivery. I also co-lead the Program Governance Office for a major Global Capability Center (GCC) build-out in Hyderabad, helping establish delivery governance, controls, reporting frameworks, and operating mechanisms.Previously, I spent 14 years at TCS in leadership roles across presales, solutioning, growth strategy, transition management, and business development.
