Hello! My name is Nidhi Kapadia. I am a graduate of Rutgers University with a double major in Psychology and Information Technology. This unique combination allows me to blend my technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior. My interest in the human mind has driven my academic pursuits, and I\'ve honed my skills in comprehending how people think, feel, and behave. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Compassus, I\'ve had the privilege of applying this knowledge to enhance our digital presence and connect patients with quality care in the comfort of their homes. In my previous experiences, I had the opportunity to intern at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, which provided me with valuable insights into the intersection of psychology and digital marketing. Later, as a Process Specialist and Director of Marketing at Cognitive Change, I further explored this connection through creating promotional material, designing websites, and managing social media platforms. Additionally, my role as a Digital Marketing and Communications Consultant at Town Clock CDC has enabled me to support a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding domestic violence survivors. Here, I\'ve been able to utilize both my technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and my psychological knowledge to develop user-friendly websites that drive engagement. I believe that my background in psychology grants me a distinctive perspective on understanding and influencing user behavior. Digital marketing serves as a fulfilling outlet for my creative inclinations while also satisfying my intellectual curiosity about the intricacies of the human mind.
