A Lawyer and Company Secretary with over 20 years of experience in legal, M&A and corporate law matters. Proficiency: Expertise in drafting, vetting & negotiations of contracts, including MSA, ESOP, SHA, term sheets etc, corporate structuring, due diligence, advisory on India setup, M&A, corporate secretarial, FEMA matters, managing regulatory and legal compliances, employment matters, data protection, representation of corporates with various government authorities like the Reserve Bank of India & Registrar of Companies, litigation support and stake holder management. Have been an external member on the IC of various corporates, have extensive experience in case resolutions on sexual harassment cases along with delivering training on gender sensitisation to employees.
