That interest led me to pursue a degree in Criminology and Police Administration, and it’s now the heart of my professional path in security- FOUNDATIONI currently serve as a Security Officer at Grand GRT Hotels and Resorts, a 5-star hospitality environment where I handle everything from guest safety and CCTV monitoring to patrolling, team coordination, and emergency response. I’ve completed certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Security Awareness, and I’m now undergoing MS Office training to boost my digital skills.    As a Security Supervisor at Grand GRT Hotels and Resorts, I am responsible for leading and managing the overall safety and security operations within the hotel premises. I supervise a dedicated team of security personnel and ensure that every area of the hotel—including guest floors, entry points, back-of-house zones, and parking areas—is constantly monitored and secured through regular patrolling, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems.My duties include assigning shift schedules, conducting roll calls and briefings, and ensuring that the security team is well-trained in emergency response, fire safety, and guest service etiquette. I respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.I play a key role in coordinating fire safety drills, maintaining firefighting equipment, and training staff on evacuation procedures.
