About Nidhi M. Ravinutala
I am an undergraduate student at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with majors in Economic Consulting and Marketing. As a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, I have demonstrated strong academic performance alongside a commitment to leadership, service, and collaboration. My academic interests center on understanding how data, consumer behavior, and economic insight shape effective business strategy.My experiences reflect a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. As a Senior Counselor at Eagles Landing Day Camp, I mentored groups of students while managing responsibilities that required adaptability, conflict resolution, and attention to detail. Alongside this, I have also had my own tutoring practice since 2023, providing individualized math and reading instruction to elementary school students, developing lesson plans, and working closely with families to support academic growth and confidence.Beyond academics and work experience, I am actively involved in student organizations that blend creativity with business strategy, including the Business in Cosmetics Club and Designers and Business. I also serve as a Youth Volunteer Leader at the Hindu American Temple and Cultural Center, contributing to fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts. Looking ahead, I am eager to continue developing analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills that will allow me to make a meaningful impact in consulting or other related business fields.
