Currently pursuing a dual Master’s in Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology, I’m building toward a career in strategic, people-focused HR/People consulting. I’m especially interested in how talent intelligence and thoughtful people strategy can help organizations scale performance without losing their human core.At RTP Global, I work as an HR Intern supporting HR and talent mapping, leadership and HR network analysis, employer research, and internal people initiatives. I have analysed and conducted initial 1:1 screening conversations with 130+ HR and leadership profiles, building a curated talent pipeline for active mandates across portfolio companies. My work contributes data-driven inputs for strategic and investment-adjacent teams.Previously, during my internship at SHRM India, I worked across talent insights, communication training design, digital and green skills alignment, and internal capability building. This experience gave me early exposure to how meaningful impact emerges at the intersection of data, empathy, and action.As a learner-first practitioner, I prioritise understanding the root of a people or workforce problem before moving into solution design. I use AI and analytical tools deliberately, moving quickly on simple problems and breaking down complex ones systematically to ensure solutions are thoughtful, practical, and context-aware.I enjoy working with complexity and translating workforce challenges into strategies that serve both business outcomes and human experience. While I value research, I’m most energized when applying it to real problems, driving transformation, and helping make workplaces more human.I’m currently exploring opportunities that will help me grow into a dynamic HR / People’s consultant, someone who listens deeply, thinks systemically, and delivers with clarity and integrity
