About Nidhi Kansal
With over 26 years of experience in finance and accounting, I lead the Finance Transformation and Practice. I am a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.My mission is to optimize the finance function for client organizations by making them real-time, predictive, and touchless, through designing and delivering process solutions, deploying digital strategies, and executing large-scale multi-tower business transformation projects. I partner with C-suite executives to define their vision and build strategies for value maximization, operating model design, blueprinting, benchmarking, data strategy, ERP, micro platforms, RPA, AI, and other technologies. I work with a team of professionals and subject matter experts in multiple finance domains and technologies, and together we ensure that our clients achieve the desired outcomes.Besides being a finance transformation leader, I am also a social entrepreneur and a life coach. I have a passion and empathy for social causes and people development. I volunteer and mentor for various CSR initiatives, such as adopting a school and providing education, food.
