ABOUT NIDHI GALA

As a marketing student at the University of Mumbai, I am passionate about learning and applying the latest trends and strategies in the field of marketing. I have completed courses in digital marketing, public relations, event management, and MS Excel, and have earned certifications in MS Excel, Tally.ERP9, and Digital Marketing from Udemy.I have also gained practical experience as a HR Intern at Jyoti Consultancy, where I worked for five months in the HR department. I was responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, preparing offer letters, and organizing induction and training programs for new hires. I also assisted in developing and implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as newsletters, surveys, and social events. I demonstrated my digital marketing skills by creating and posting content on the company\'s social media platforms, increasing the online presence and reach of the company. I am eager to further develop my skills and knowledge in marketing and HR, and to contribute to the growth and success of an organization that values innovation, diversity, and collaboration.
