My 7+ year relationship with Data Science and Analytics has been through it all- late nights, broken queries, whirlwind discoveries, tumultuous testing and moments of pure analytical bliss. At its core it has been deeply rewarding.SQL, Pyhton, Tableau, Gurobi, Machine learning, AWS have been my constant companions drawing out my best on most days and testing my patience on others. Along the way I’ve learned to embrace my loyal friend- the devil in details. Of course, this friendship occasionally introduced me to my nemesis: analysis paralysis.Nevertheless, the rewards are unparalleled- I’ve had the privilege of designing predictive, descriptive, and optimization models that enhance efficiency, cut costs, and ultimately make a profound impact on patient care for leading healthcare organizations like Gilead Sciences, Cepheid, Amgen, and Outset Medical.My academic background in Engineering Management and Computer Science set the stage, but the most valuable lessons have come from navigating real-world complexities and uncovering stories hidden in data.At the end of the day or throughout the day, I am a storyteller with data who believes anything is possible when you are armed with a cup of coffee.
