I manage the on-site implementation of a district-level public health programme at a government healthcare facility, contributing to an initiative backed by leading national and international institutions including the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Charity Entrepreneurship, Global Health Founding Circle, and Effective Spenden. The role involves end-to-end ownership of day-to-day operations, coordination, and service delivery within a high-pressure institutional setting.My responsibilities include supervising and supporting a 12-member nursing team, managing staffing and capacity-building efforts, and ensuring programme activities are effectively embedded into routine hospital systems. I work closely with hospital leadership, frontline staff, and partner organisations to address operational challenges and maintain consistent service delivery.I also lead operational coordination across procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential materials. Regular engagement with beneficiaries and their families during on-site visits helps strengthen trust, awareness, and participation in care processes.In addition, I oversee monitoring and reporting, maintain data quality, and present structured programme updates and performance insights to senior leadership, supporting evidence-based decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement.
