Over the last 12 years, I have helped scores of companies spanning diverse industries (FMCG/D2C/Consumer Tech/Fashion & Beauty/Auto/Retail/Health/Homes, etc.) reach and expand their market leadership positions via way of integrating insights from the field with the business\' strategic vision. At Futurebands Consulting, India\'s leading brand strategy and management consulting firms led by Santosh Desai (one of India\'s best-known marketing and advertising professionals), I currently serve as a core member of the brand strategy and consumer insights team. As part of my long tenure here, I have been fortunate to have worked on and led exciting and challenging projects for a diverse set of brands including - Lenskart, UpGrad, Nicobar, Biba, Zivame, ETMoney, Colgate, Tata Motors, ABP News, Usha, Firefox, Hero Cycles, Sleepwell, TastyTreat, etc. I am also a core team member of the firm\'s annual in-house insight mining project \'Bharat Darshan’, which took me across the length and breadth of the country and enabled me to gain deep insights into the evolving nature of consumer culture in India from multiple lenses (food, tech, homes, money, fashion, bazaars, etc.). My academic exposure across liberal arts, marketing and engineering disciplines helps me understand the world better and practice through a multidiscinary approach, which consistently reflects in my work. Outside work, I love to travel and read (history, philosophy, short stories), and am also an avid board gamer and adventure enthusiast! Mom to an amazing fur-baby.
