ABOUT NIDHI MANDLOI

As an ESG Consultant at Uniqus Consultech Inc, in New Delhi, I am involved in various projects focusing on GHG inventory, materiality assessments, and reporting. Before joining Uniqus, I was an ESG research Associate at ERM, Delhi. My role involved rating and performing QA/QC for various companies across various sectors finance, IT, etc. I have also performed Gap analysis for the ERM\'s Flagship product - ESG Fusion, under the ESG Reporting Frameworks. I have trained 5 joiners about the product. I have worked on rating methodology while simultaneously understanding the rationale behind it and working on ESG Fusion SOP documentation.Before joining ERM, I was a Sustainability Trainee at GC Advisory Services Ltd. in Mumbai. While there, I drafted various sections of a report using the IR framework for a client. I also rated a few companies using multiple reporting frameworks and learned about conducting a Materiality Assessment.I constantly seek to learn and improve my skills to impact the world positively. My experience and skills make me a valuable asset to any organization committed to sustainability and positively impacting the world.
