I am a development professional with experience across project management, field operations, monitoring & evaluation, government coordination, documentation, and community engagement. My work spans multiple thematic areas including education, child protection, livelihood development, gender empowerment, and community-based programs.I have worked closely with district administrations, Panchayati Raj Institutions, schools, frontline workers, and civil society organizations, supporting them in effective field implementation, stakeholder mobilization, data-driven tracking, and reporting.
