With over 15 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven leader in the field of delivery and project management. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and business operations to clients across various domains and geographies, while managing complex and challenging projects with agility and efficiency. I hold the PMP and SFC certifications, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. As an Associate Delivery Head at Tech Mahindra, I align my vision and goals with the organization\'s mission and culture, and bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my current role, I am responsible for leading the business and operations of a large account, managing the end-to-end service delivery and communication strategy, and driving the financial and growth objectives. I participate in business leadership meetings, develop and execute strategies and programs that improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization, and identify and eliminate barriers to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality. I also leverage my skills in process improvement, customer relationship management, and problem solving to optimize the workflows, handle customer concerns, and proactively engage with the stakeholders. I have successfully delivered on multiple Gren Belt projects, exceeding the expectations of the clients and the organization.
