Restructured the Role Hierarchy as per the Org Structure of Supervisor and Subordinates.• Using the best practices, re-created some of the profiles by “cloning” the standard profiles and creating custom profiles – to fit the requirement of each profile.• Added New Users in the Org and defined their role, profile, license, and permissions.• Assigned delegated admin rights to some of the standard users to limit their administrative rights within the org. • Worked with the “State and Country/Territory Picklist” to convert the State and Country text fields to Picklists via Configuring, Scanning, and Converting.• Created custom Objects and added custom fields, such as Picklist (with field dependency), Date, Lookup field, etc. Edited the Page Layout to fit the client\'s requirements.• Created screen Flows and added them to the page layouts.• Used SLACK for internal communication within the company. Created a channel, bookmarked important messages, used shortcuts for quick actions, shared files/images/gifs, created polls, set reminders on slack, used slackbots for various commands, and much more.
