About Nidhi Deshpande
I am currently responsible for leading, conducting and overseeing corporate compliance investigations arising out of alleged misconduct raised through various reporting channels. I also provide to organizational leadership concerning risk and appropriate remedial measures related to such allegations. I hold an overall post-qualification experience of 5+ years in the legal field. Prior to my current stint with Accenture, I was working as an in-house legal counsel, I was well-versed with review and drafting of legal documents which are required for enabling business for the organization. I was responsible for reviewing key legal agreements and negotiating them directly primarily with customers along with vendors.
