ABOUT NIDHI DALAL
I am Local Access Officer and Co-liaison officer for the AQUASERV-RI team at UNINA. My expertise lies in finding the right projects working on Blue Economy that can benefit from AQUASERV. I develop and implement strategic communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex research into accessible content for diverse audiences. In addition to leading access and communication efforts, I have a strong background in research, data analysis, and ML based data modelling. My PhD project, a part of the SUREFISH-EU consortium, focused on creating seafood traceability models with chemical markers and ML modelling techniques. I am passionate about the intersection of research and communication, ensuring that scientific findings and initiatives reach and engage the right audiences. Fluent in English and Hindi (less than fluent in Italian), I am always looking for opportunities to contribute to projects that bridge research and communication to promote sustainable development and conservation.
