ABOUT NIDHI CHAUHAN

I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, where I studied business and commerce. I am passionate about applying my communication, problem solving, and training skills to both marketing and business development roles.Until recently, I was the Director of Product Marketing at Kiara, a multilingual translation Slack app that leverages state-of-the-art AI and NLP to boost productivity and communication in 100 languages. I led the global marketing strategy for Kiara Translator, working with a network of machine learning engineers, Team AI, to build and sell our innovative software to diverse and international clients. I also increased the user retention rate by 25% and the revenue by 50% in one year, thanks to the help of my talented and collaborative team.I also have experience as a BPO Executive at NBVP Technologies, where I provided B2B outbound lead generation support, with a strong specialization in contact sourcing, lead enrichment, pipeline development, and lead nurturing. I solved marketing and web-based problems for clients in various industries, such as software, SaaS, e-commerce, and management consulting. I am motivated by the opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise to help customers and companies achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
