I am a senior cardiovascular marketing leader I am a cardiovascular marketing and business leader with 18+ years of experience spanning International Marketing, Sales Leadership, Therapy Advancement, and Business Strategy across medical device industry in Structural Heart (TAVI), Coronary, and Peripheral vascular segments. My career has been shaped at the intersection of clinical science, commercial execution, and long-term brand building across both mature and emerging healthcare markets.Currently, I serve as AGM – International Marketing (Cardiovascular) at Meril Life Sciences, where I lead global marketing strategy for Structural Heart (TAVI) and Coronary portfolios across UK & Ireland, Canada, and West Europe. My responsibilities include TAVI portfolio strategy, competitive positioning against global leaders, international product launches, KOL engagement frameworks, scientific storytelling, and scalable go-to-market models tailored to diverse healthcare systems. I work closely with cross-functional teams to align clinical evidence, market access realities, and commercial priorities into cohesive international marketing strategies.Prior to Meril, I was Chief Business Officer at Pachouli Aesthetics and Wellness, where I held end-to-end P&L responsibility. During this phase, I led multi-city expansion, revenue growth, brand repositioning, and operational scale-up, helping build Pachouli into a recognized wellness and aesthetics chain. This entrepreneurial leadership role sharpened my ability to think beyond products—integrating strategy, marketing, operations, and customer experience to drive sustainable growth.Earlier in my career, I spent 16 years with Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd, progressing through Sales and Marketing leadership roles across Coronary and Peripheral vascular businesses in South Asia. My journey at Abbott covered frontline sales, market development, portfolio marketing, therapy adoption programs, and major product launches, contributing to consistent growth and strong physician partnerships across complex cardiovascular franchises.I am formally trained in management and marketing, and bring a rare blend of deep cardiovascular domain expertise, global marketing leadership, and hands-on commercial acumen. I am particularly passionate about Structural Heart therapies, TAVI adoption, challenger brand building, and translating complex clinical science into differentiated, globally relevant marketing narratives.
