As part of AWS’s global Data Center Operations team, I ensure the reliability and safety of mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems supporting the world’s leading cloud infrastructure- Responsible for continuous uptime and optimization across large-scale, high-availability environments- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems, switchgear, PDUs, generators, chillers, CRAH, AHU, and DAHU units, as well as EPMS and BMS systems- Execute and document SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs to guarantee safety, reliability, and compliance with NFPA 70E, NEC, and AWS Global Standards- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, incident response, and root-cause analysis (RCA/CAPA)- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams for maintenance, upgrades, and commissioning projects- Support capacity planning, redundancy management (N+1 / 2N), and continuous improvement initiatives- Core Skills: UPS | Switchgear | BMS | EPMS | DCIM | SCADA | Preventive Maintenance | Incident Response | NFPA 70E | NEC Compliance.
