Ensure regulatory compliance and implement a proactive approach towards worker safety across multiple solar project locations- Support the EDPR goal to develop and implement H&S management processes and drive continuous improvement across all business lines- Advocate for H&S, driving a strong and committed safety culture throughout the organization Monitor and audit regulatory compliance and H&S processes at assigned construction and operating sites - Establish measurable H&S benchmarks for assigned construction and operating sites - Assist with quantitative and qualitative root cause analyses; demonstrating a strong drive to troubleshoot problems and design solutions - Assist in maintaining and reviewing EDPR H&S procedures and requirements for contractors and suppliers - Review and approve H&S related Corrective and Preventative Action Requests to maintain ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001certifications -Support efforts to fulfill EDPR North America’s sustainability reporting requirements on-time, including but not limited to collecting and validating data on carbon footprint, waste generation, and disposal, and utility consumption from wind/solar farms and administrative offices across North America (US, Canada, Mexico)- Work closely with key stakeholders including Operations & Maintenance, Environmental Affairs, Corporate Services, Health & Safety, and external vendors to ensure data is accurately validated and reported - Be the point of contact for sustainability reporting related questions from solar farms as well as administrative offices - Conduct data analysis related to sustainability reporting, including creating charts and basic modeling to illustrate trends, potential reporting inconsistencies, areas for improvement - Track progress against company sustainability goals such as carbon footprint reduction, waste recycling rate, and related metrics
