As a Technical Support Engineer at HCL Technologies, I provided Tier-2 level support directly on Microsoft Advertising platform, resolving customer queries and issues related to account setup, bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and reporting. I also leveraged my Google and Microsoft Ads certifications to offer insights and best practices to enhance customer\'s business performance and satisfaction. Before joining HCL, I worked as a Senior Google Ads Account Manager at Regalix, where I managed over 100 accounts for Google and YouTube Ads, with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. I applied my strong knowledge in Google Ad Interface and tools like Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, achieving an average of 20% increase in conversions and 15% decrease in cost-per-acquisition. I also demonstrated advanced communication and problem-solving skills, building rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders across different regions and industries. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I am passionate about digital marketing and advertising, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies in this dynamic and evolving field.
