Responsible for collecting and organizing structured and semi-structured data from internal systems and external data sources, such as databases and flat files, to support reporting and analytical tasks.• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation using tools like SQL, R and Python to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.• Analyze and visualize geospatial data analysis using R libraries (sf, sp, and rgdal) for mapping spatial distributions, data trends and interpreting geospatial insights.• Develop interactive and static geospatial visualizations using ggplot2, leaflet, and performed spatial statistics to support location-based decision making.• Integrate shapefiles, raster, and vector data from external GIS sources using R and validated output using QGIS for mapping rendering and validation.• Leverage Python libraries (pandas, NumPy) to clean, manipulate, and analyze structured and semistructured datasets.• Worked closely with diatom samples, prepared data slides and conducting detailed counts to support ongoing research on data samples using GIS, R programming and Marxan.• Perform ArcGIS mapping and spatial data analysis techniques to visualize ecological data patterns across diverse marine habitats.• Perform statistical data analysis to derive meaningful insights from field observations and contributed to report preparation and research documentation, synthesizing findings for ecological impact assessments.
