As part of the Broadcast & Content Services team, we are proud to be responsible for media workflows delivering on a daily basis thousands of Disney-owned General Entertainment linear and non-linear (VOD) assets to service providers (MVPDs, vMVPDs, SVOD) worldwide, including Disney\'s own streaming services. The teams I support handle long-form, short-form, and creative/promo content from the likes of ABC channels, Disney channels, FX channels, ESPN, Freeform, and NatGeo, to name a few. It\'s an incredibly complex ecosystem that requires us to manage an intricate integration platform for media assets ingest, transformation, normalization, packaging, scheduling, and global distribution to downstream content providers in the exact format they expect for their own play-out. That represents several hundred thousand hours and several million files processed in a year.
