During my time with Ford AV, I have contributed to several high-profile projects, with the two main ones being the Inter-American Development Bank - Enrique V. Iglesias and the U.S. Capitol - House of Representatives (House Chamber)- Design audio, video, lighting, and acoustical systems aligned with customer specifications, installation requirements, and profitability goals- Prepare submittal drawings and engineering data, including designs for custom enclosures, consoles, and installation instructions- Test and evaluate system performance to ensure quality and alignment with design standards- Simplify and communicate technical details for customers, sales teams, and Installation Technicians- Document customer and vendor interactions, including dates, names, and concise summaries- Collaborate with Project Managers and Job Superintendents to prioritize quality control and provide clear installation guidance- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by collaborating across divisions and profit centers.
