As a first-generation Latina and aspiring pre-health student, I am committed to utilizing my past experiences to serve my community in my college journey. Growing up in a smaller community, I\'ve realized how valuable resources and accessibility is.Intending to major in Neuroscience and Public Health, I aspire to pursue a career in behavioral health, focusing on bridging the gap for mental health and general healthcare resources to underprivileged communities. I am passionate about breaking down barriers and stigmas-specifically in Latine communities-to ensure that individuals in need receive the support they deserve.I look forward to connecting with others who share my commitment to community service and mental health advocacy, as we work together to create a more equitable future.
