I’m focused on shaping the future of Medicaid and human services modernization. With more than 20 years of experience in the HHS space, I’ve helped states across the country design and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives—spanning Medicaid Enterprise Systems, integrated eligibility, and federal funding strategy. I currently lead Public Sector HHS at North Highland, where I focus on scaling capabilities, expanding market presence, and helping states navigate the next generation of modernization—modularity, interoperability, and outcomes-driven delivery. My experience spans: • MES and MITA-aligned modernization • Integrated eligibility across health and human services programs • Federal funding strategy and APDs • Procurement, vendor management, and program governance • Large-scale transformation delivery Beyond client work, I actively contribute to the industry through thought leadership, conference speaking, and my role on the CMS MITA Governance Board. I’m particularly interested in how states can simplify complexity—improving user experience, reducing manual work, and creating more responsive systems for the future.
