Nicolina is a Managing Director in EY’s Financial Services Organization within the Alliances & Partnerships practice. She joined EY in 2017 to focus on Planning, Profitability and Cost Excellence including business process enhancement and the technology that enables transformation. She lead’s EY’s Financial Planning & Analysis offering for Financial Service Organizations and is the EY / Anaplan Alliance Leader. Nicolina has managed several large scale forecasting & planning assessments including current state / future state assessments, vendor selection management, and organizational design/ TOM design to help clients optimize their investment in resources, processes, organization and technology. She established EY’s alliance with Anaplan and is Engagement Lead on large scale Anaplan implementations spanning finance budgeting and forecasting areas including central finance aggregation, workforce and compensation planning, ITFM, allocations, resource allocation, and non-comp expenses.
