ABOUT NICOLINA K.

I’m a Junior Product Developer in the golf apparel industry, passionate about bringing performance and innovation to life through thoughtful product creation. After earning my degree in Fashion Business Management from Arizona State University and FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising), I’ve built a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of apparel development.In my current role, I manage key stages of the product development process, partnering closely with design, tech, and merchandising teams to turn concepts into finalized, market-ready products while delivering on schedule. I take ownership of trims and contribute in material sourcing, working directly with suppliers and vendors to develop and approve components that meet brand standards for quality, functionality, and cost. I also maintain data accuracy within PLM and ERP systems, ensuring specifications, approvals, and costing details are aligned from sample through production.I’m detail-oriented, organized, and driven by the challenge of transforming innovative ideas into premium performance apparel that supports athletes and enhances the game, on and off the course.
