ABOUT NICO LIENHARD
Hi, I am Nico. I\'m glad you want to know something about me! I admit directly: I am a generalist at heart. Well, what can you expect from me? And what possibly not? During my school years I discovered an interest in understanding how companies actually work as a whole. That\'s why I decided - after an excursion in emergency medical services (more on that later)- to study industrial engineering. This put me in a very good position in various internships as well as in my current job with this goal in mind. In the meantime, I understand the \"big picture\" much better through close cooperation with colleagues, on the one hand: hands-on with PPE at a height of 20m on our stacker crane, as well as with managers and C-level executives. I have developed a passion for tackling existing challenges and optimization potentials strategically and pragmatically at the same time. For the implementation I also like to use my project management skills. As a generalist at heart, I am always open to new challenges and have also worked in human resources on an interim basis, for example. I am happy to contribute something new to every challenge. Being a generalist also means, of course, that I am not a specialist. This means, for example, that I will not independently design or develop products or take over accounting. However, what generalism does not exclude is to have a certain focus in one direction. That\'s what I\'m currently doing with my master\'s degree in Digital Business Management. I am now focusing on the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in companies. However, explaining that would clearly go beyond the scope here. Therefore, if you are facing challenges of digital transformation and a pragmatic view from a generalist on it wouldn\'t hurt, just drop me a line without obligation! What is there to say in conclusion? Through my experience in emergency services, I consider clear communication essential and stay composed in stressful situations. In addition, I use the people skills and emotional intelligence I acquired there to lead smaller teams to success in an empathetic and purposeful manner, although I have no experience with this on my resume so far. Come on, let\'s get in touch! Kind regards, Nico
